Virginia Community Analysis, Research & Development (VaCARD) provides specific business, economic, workforce, and community analysis and research, using both online and direct outreach services. This research assists with needs in business, community, economic and workforce development projects, grant proposals and information queries. As a nonprofit, VEB provides these services on a cost-recovery basis.
